Who may join?
-
•Membership
is open to any person 21 years old or older who qualifies for membership
as outlined by the Bylaws and who supports our Mission Statement. (You do
not have to live in the immediate Philadelphia to join our chapter.)

·Membership
is also open to any person currently a member of NLA-I, however,
membership in NLA-I Philadelphia can be denied or revoked for any action
deemed inappropriate by either NLA-I or NLA-I Philadelphia.

·This
decision to revoke a membership in NLA-I Philadelphia will require
approval of a majority of the voting members once the member's right to
due process has been exercised.

·Revocation
or denial of membership in NLA-l will automatically result in a revocation
of NLA-Philadelphia membership.

•Persons
who become members of NLA-Philadelphia will have all rights and privileges
granted under the bylaws of NLA-Philadelphia and NLA- I.

·Only
current NLA-Philadelphia members are eligible to make motions, vote,
nominate members for office, hold office, and receive discounts.

·Membership
in NLA-Philadelphia is strictly confidential, and no members' names will
be released under any circumstances without the member's written approval
(other than to officers of NLA-Philadelphia and NLA-I or by court order).
