How did this all
start?

•In
the winter of ‘03, a few folks had an idea--and so they got together to
make it happen.

•The
idea was to form an organized and structure pansexual group dedicated to
SM/Leather, BDSM and Education.

Why did it start?
-
The Philadelphia chapter of NLA-I was formed specifically to:
-
1.) Become a chapter of a nationally recognized organization (NLA-I)
and to serve as a portal for those who wish to pursue their interests
beyond munches, bars and casual play parties

2.) Be dedicated to the highest quality and most affordable education
possible
-
3.) To serve as resource for the community at large and especially
those new to the community.

Why is this different?
- By being
part of a larger organization, we can utilize their resources. For
example: If you are traveling or want to travel, you can contact other
members in NLA-I chapters.
- NLA-I is
also a resource for various topics such as Domestic Violence and
experienced speakers you may wish
to contact for your group.
- Most
importantly, it gives you a way to get involved, not just locally, but on
a national level as well, if that’s your choice.
